Conclusions

With this short fundamentals circuit scenic, I wanted to demonstrate the possibility of the application of the transistor mathematic model to the circuital simulation through the calculator.

It would be obvious that the simulation possibility with the calculator it goes beyond the particular case of the transistor (today technological always more passed by the integrate configurations). In fact present complication of the components pushes to the investigations which aren't no more based on the pure intuition and on the classics procedures experiences.

The computer using requires an approach to the problemes which isn't enough diffused in the Italiens schools.

The solutions digitalizing requires knowing to change a project in a logical-mathematics procedure which in a program for the computer (and this is another thing but know using Word or PowerPoint or navigate)

I hope that the transistor modeling presented here is useful for the teachers like a motivating for an elaboration in this area.
