1. The mathematical model of the transistor
Nearly all the books of text that discuss the transistors bring back the classics models to quadripolo, but have insufficient practical usefulness because the values of the parameters of the respective equations are not nearly never famous, or because the variability of these parameters in the several conditions of operation.
Having a calculator, it can be used to obtain an experimental practical model, allows to preview with the discreet approximation the behavior of the transistor in all the possible conditions of the operation.
The model proposed is based on the important experiences that can be executed preventively on a data element, so wouldn't be demanded the availability of the data sheets (but the knowledge of the maximum values, so the knowledge of the limits of use of the same transistor.DataSheet
Given the didactic character, therefore with the requirement to maintain simple the model, some assumptions are adopted which don't influence significantly on the adhesion of the model to the realty.
