The TD340 is full bridge driver for DC motor control with an integrated 5V power supply for the application microcontroller. This device can be applied widely to both automotive and industrial applications, such as, for example, automotive suspension control and electrical vehicle control, as it can be configured with different types of MOSFET H-bridges.
